Step 1: Identify Requirements:
The first step in our process is targeted at determining your needs and identifying key position functions and requirements.

Step 2: Candidate Sourcing:

Step 3: First-round Interviews:
After you have reviewed and approved a list of candidates to pursue, initial interviews are conducted. During these interviews we will ascertain the communication and performance abilities of the candidate directly. We discuss background, education, qualifications and employment history. It is at this time that we gauge personality to determine if there is a potential match with your corporate culture.
Step 4: Candidate List:
Based on professional credentials and performance during screening, we will furnish you with a list of candidates, outlining the strengths for each. At this point you have a complete profile from which you can decide the candidates that will continue in the recruitment process.
Step 5: Follow-up Interviews:
- Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interview(s).
- Once talent is selected, provide an offer letter and serve as representative during any further negotiations with selectee.
Step 6: Onboarding Process:
The offer has been accepted and a start date is set. Now, we will manage the onboarding process, providing the selectee guidance through orientation and assistance in assimilation.
